NCC.....New Castle County .......and surely you already understand the "fishing" part.  But the point of joining this forum is to learn a bit more about fishing in NCC and surrounding areas in DE and MD.  


I've only recently returned to fishing on a regular basis, something I've not done much of for quite  long while so I'm essentially a "newbie."
