THE BASS COLLEGE

I had the opportunity late afternoon on 11/11/09 - to take a look at Barren River Lake for the first time - actually after a pt job orientation in Bowling Green ,KY - Had this planned with the fishing equipment loaded in the car - I was able to arrive @ the lake around 4:10 pm- never being there before I had to follow my gut on the best plan to find some tight lines before it got dark in 50 mins -  I followed  the signs in to a back creek area with a boat ramp and camping site - after a quick look around I knew to head into the campsite area -following the similar patterns I had been using a Rough River Lake - Caught 3 bass before the sunset and got some really nice scenic pics as well - not bad for never being there before and really only had 30 min of fish time in >>>
